Job Description

- Propose and promote security guard dispatch services to corporate clients.
- Expand business with existing clients (mainly Japanese companies).
- Actively develop new clients, especially local (non-Japanese) companies.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Conduct cold calls, walk-in sales, and sales via referrals.
- Provide tailored proposals for new customers based on their needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries or complaints and relay information internally.
- Negotiate contract renewals and pricing with existing customers.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

- 5 years of experience in sales of intangible products/services
- Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (own vehicle is a plus)
- No academic qualifications required (IT knowledge is an advantage)
- Intermediate PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation

- Basic + Commission
- Performance bonus
- Annual Leave: 14 days in first year; +1 day/year up to max 28 days
