Job Description

- Handle Accounts Payable, General Ledger.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Monitor reconciling items.
- Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system on a timely basis.
- Assist in Monthly Financial Closing.
- Prepare Expense Schedules.
- Provide accurate timely reports on a regular basis.
- Liaise with other departments (including our airport offices) in handling of invoices & staff claims.
- To monitor, check & ensure all invoices, reimbursements are received in time for closing.
- Update records and maintain proper and effective filing systems.
- Communicate and liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for incoming calls, incoming/outgoing mails & daily Company mail bag. To distribute and disseminate important circulars, mails, letters timely.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment/facility.
- Controls the purchasing of stationery and office equipment.
- Provide relevant articles regularly pertaining to office equipment, general insurance and administration matters.
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to General Manager such as screening phone calls, arrange meetings/travel schedules, draft correspondence and maintain filing.
- Provide any other general office administrative support.
- Support activities for any company events.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on a regular basis.
- Make necessary travel arrangements for employees including travel reimbursement.
- Handle general staff inquires/matters.
- Support ad-hoc projects/assignments.

Job Requirements

- Possess at least a Diploma from a local Polytechnic/ Degree in Accounting/Business Administration.
- No experience is welcomed to apply; Training will be provided.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills.
- Pro-active, self-motivated individual who works well in a team.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Meticulous with high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully and under pressure.
- Innovative and able to adapt to industry changes.
- Knowledge of SAP R3 will be an added advantage.


- Working Location: Walking distance from MRT Telok Ayer/ MRT Shenton Way
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri; 9 hours/day
- Hybrid work arrangement after probation (2 days WFH/ week)
