Job Description

- To oversee and review operational activities and identify process improvements via process development and automation.
- To develop and lead a robust and effective engineering team that offers full technical support to the operation while adhering to fulfill production demand and regulation compliance.
- To ensure process control is established and to manage capital and project status in order to establish an efficient process performance and maximize returns on capital equipment.
- To ensure technical team execute improvement plan and deliver saving or output in order to meet the project timeline and commitment.
- To establish a technical and equipment engineering support team in order to provide world class solutions to customers.
- To review operational activities and identify process improvements in order to deliver significant productivity and quality improvements.
- To develop a strategy for creating a robust and effective technical services in order to have an effective and world class preventive maintenance plan.
- To create teamwork environment in order to have a great team member with high technical skill across the department.
- To lead and be responsible in-house machines/automation machines and software development including concept, design and budgeting, testing and running and upgrading in order to meet production requirement and development.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in an Engineering Discipline.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, leading and deliver in a complex technology based project & applying advance aspects of technical/engineering expertise to practical business problems.
- Experience in automation machine design, PLC programming, hands-on experience in machining including CNC, conventional milling, lathe and grinding machine.
- Knowledge of chemical controlled processes, risk hazard studies for chemical/medical device manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of legal safety regulations for installation of heavy capital equipment and activity permits for medical device manufacturing company.
- Knowledge in design, basic and detailed engineering and project management.
- PLC and HMI programming knowledge in Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron etc.
- Strong leadership and collaborative management skills.
- Ability to delegate responsibility effectively.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in SolidWorks design.
- High results driven and delivery on time.
- Commercial awareness and business understanding.
