Our client is a technology service provider to the microelectronics industry which head office is located in Singapore for regional operations.

Job Description

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and applications
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with partners to enhance applications and equipment based on client needs
- Act as a liaison between clients and partners, ensuring customer requirements are met
- Generate regular reports on equipment performance, spare parts usage and customer feedback for management review
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand, facilitating smooth operations
- Facilitate effective communication with customers
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Working experience in semiconductor tools and equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information
- Excellent problem-solving ability to address technical challenges
- Strong focus in providing customer-oriented service
- Willing to work in the cleanroom environment (with jumpsuit provided)
- Wiling to travel to Malaysia for training purposes, about 2 to 4 times/year

Compensation

- Work location: Tampines
- Working hours: 12 Hours of Rotating Shift (including Weekends and Public Holidays)
- Day Shift: 9:30am to 9:30pm
- Night Shift: 9pm to 9am
- Night Shift Allowance: $30/night
- Other Monthly Allowances (if applicable, for example Engineer Hardship Allowance up to $720/month, etc.)
- Performance bonus
