Closed- Responsible for design and preparation of detailed drawings, design development and construction documents and project oversight.
- Experience in design development, architectural CAD and/or drafting, and detailing on a wide variety of diverse projects.
- Responsible for rendered plans and section elevations, translating concept designs into working documents for all phases of the process.
- Should have good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization and to interpret sketch drawings design concepts into CAD working drawing documents.
- Competent to undertake all matters within project individually including planning, design conceptualization, CAD work, assist with FFE selection or FFE team, and preparation for presentations, manual sketching, and detail documents and be responsible for the continued development of our design quality in the studio, with the objective of elevating its creative and management reputation.
- Work with and adhere to project schedule and deadlines.
- Interface, preparing for and making presentations, and product/material research.
- Design and manage with fiscal responsibility with the company’s best interests at the forefront of your talents, skills, and decisions.
- Reporting to the Senior Designer & Design Operations Manager, assisting in the firm’s creative and planning endeavours, utilizing the talents, skills and time of the various design teams to meet client, project, and company goals.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design
- Ability to meet deadlines & work well within a team environment • Knowledge of Int’l standards for 5 Star Hospitality Interior Design, details, drawings.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, Work, Excel, Power Point; preference for Photoshop & Sketch-Up skills.
