They are consultants and manufacturer of automation system using the company's Standard Components and Robots includes Conveyors, High-Speed Lifter, Mono-porter, PCB Manufacturing Equipment, ASRS, AGV, Cleanroom Robot and Equipment etc.Their approach to automation system is in the building of cost effective system, base on proven technology and experience.
Their policy is to identify the specific needs of each customer and propose solutions to help them achieve their overall objective.
- The successful candidate would be responsible for maintaining all files for engineering drawings, processes and other related documentation
- Will be responsible for management of the document control and records management process and Understands and implements. standard business workflows into the Document Control process.
- Work with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies related to the document control processes.
- Provides support and assistance on document generation, as applicable and required.
- Ensures that all controlled documents are accessible to all employees, both locally and remotely.
- Reviews, scans and archives device history records
- Diploma in Engineering discipline
- Relevant experience in document management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with electronic Document Management System processing
