Job Description

- Maintain full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliations
- Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with SFRS and internal controls
- Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims
- Verify supporting documents and approval workflows
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payment vouchers, contracts and accounting records
- Record customer collections and allocate payments accurately
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
- Prepare customer statements and reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Record asset acquisitions, disposals and depreciation
- Prepare and maintain FRS 116 Right-of-Use asset schedules
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items
- Support cash flow monitoring and treasury activities
- Support statutory audits and prepare audit schedules
- Assist in GST, corporate tax and regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and procedures

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with exposure to full set accounts
- Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage (Xlookup / Vlookup / Sum / Sum If / Subtotal / Count related formular / Textbefore / textafter / Pivot Table)
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
