Job Description
- Manage and monitor daily production activities and assigned lines, ensuring efficiency, adherence to schedules, and achievement of output targets
- Check and monitor product quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO
- Supervise and guide production staff, allocate tasks, and support training initiatives to build workforce capability
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing lean practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Enforce workplace safety and hygiene protocols, report hazards promptly, and ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor and maintain production equipment in good working condition, coordinating preventive servicing and repairs with the maintenance team.
- Assist in monitoring raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Prepare daily production reports, communicate progress, and escalate issues to the Production Manager / Asst Manager
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of production working experience or relevant experience
- Having food manufacturing experience
- Possess a diploma academic qualifications
- Willing to work overtime on weekend (Saturday)
- Pro-active, initiative and discipline
- Time management and able to work well with others
- Understand basic food safety compliance and able to follow SOP
Compensation
- Work location: Woodlands, Singapore
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm, Sat (overtime) 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Overtime pay are given
- Transport allowances ($180 per month) upon confirmation
- Entitled to AWS (equivalent to 1 months' basic salary)
- Variable bonus (subject to company and individual performance)
- Uniform will be provided
