Our client, headquartered in Japan, specialize in the design and renovation of commercial spaces which including department stores, specialty shops, and restaurants. They also expanding their business into non-commercial spaces such as showrooms, offices, and laboratories.

Job Description

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for office fit-out, renovation and workplace transformation projects in the logistics, healthcare/clinic and IT sectors.
- Understand clients' business needs and propose suitable design and workplace solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate agencies, leasing firms, property management companies, architects, designers and consultants to expand business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and market insights using AI and digital tools.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide weekly updates on sales activities, business opportunities, sales pipeline and project progress.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- At least a Diploma/Degree in business or relevant field.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and successfully closing business deals.
- Strong ability to understand clients' needs and provide solution-based proposals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to work independently.
- Preferably experience in real estate, leasing, facility management, logistics, healthcare/clinic, construction or IT industries.
- Good-to-have: Familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools to support research, proposal preparation and sales activities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Compensation

- Work location: Central, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Transport reimbursable claim
