Our client has been established since 1903 and their headquarters is in Osaka city. Their focus has been in building service engineering and installation provider for various sectors such as electrical, air conditioning and sanitary environments.
- Handle end-to-end work pass applications, including submission, follow-ups, renewals, and compliance with MOM regulations
- Manage recruitment functions including onboarding and offboarding
- Oversee staff dormitory operations, including room allocation and facility maintenance
- Administer employee leave records and ensure accurate, timely updates in HR systems
- Support daily HR operations such as documentation, reporting, and employee queries
- Assist in organizing staff welfare initiatives and company engagement activities
- Perform other HR-related duties and assignments as required by management
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Min of 1 year of WPOL experience in construction industry
- Experience in handling work pass applications process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working location: Central
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm
