Our Client is a one-stop service provider of communication services. They providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore, by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function and administration
- Handle and support the payroll process to ensure the accurate and timely payment via TimeSoft Payroll, including the monthly CPF, IR8A and IR21 submission
- Perform the Government paid leave submission: NS claim / Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leave
- Participate in various compensation surveys, administrating of insurance coverage and staff benefits
- Assist the hiring process, e.g. jobs advertising, interviews arrangement, background check, employment offer/Letter of appointment, onboarding
- Prepare performance management form and monitor the progress
- Schedule the appraisal timeline, set rating allocation and process payment months for management's review
- Consolidate appraisal result, finalize the amount and prepare the notification letters
- Manage work passes applications, renewals and cancellations when needed
- Prepare and submit the expatriate manpower cost report to HQ
- Prepare income tax filling data, verify NOA record and ensure timely payment
- Support HR administration, including accommodation, relocation, travelling, and health screening etc. when necessary
- Handle and support the administration functions, e.g. office lease, company events planning and activities, etc.
- Ensure the legal compliance by monitoring and implementing application government requirements, understand and keep the audit requirements in practice
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 4 - 5 yrs of full spectrum of HR and Administration experience
- At least Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management
- Well versed in local regulations including Employment Act, MOM, CPF and IRAS
- Preferably with payroll processing experience. Training will be provided to those with no or minor payroll experience
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Must be able to work independently, driven and take initiatives
- Must be willing to learn, meticulous, reliable and a strong team player
- Work location: Central, Singapore
- Working hour: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
