Job Description

- Responsible in providing excellence customer service to corporate and/or individual clients on properties needs and enquiries (no sales KPI)
- Propose and support properties that best match clients’ needs (mainly tenants) with optimal terms and pricing
- Research, plan and arrange property viewing lists for clients
- Support negotiations and provide timely advice on market information, pricing, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent transactions
- Prepare and manage necessary documents and databases, including tenancy agreements, termination notices, statements of accounts, and related paperwork
- Support viewing of properties if necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and CEA regulations
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Having a valid CEA license
- Experience in handling commercial real estate properties would be an added advantage
- Willing to travel for properties viewing purpose
- Preferably having a valid driving license. Own vehicle is not essential
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently

Compensation

- Work location: Central
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
