Job Description

- Generate and qualify new business leads to expand the client base
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor proposals
- Prepare and present proposals to convert prospects into clients
- Own client relationships by conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services to increase revenue
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management, and/or B2B sales, preferably within the professional or outsourced services industry
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate proposals and influence stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and confidently discuss commercial proposals
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
- Self-discipline, sales-oriented and time management

Compensation

- Working location: Central, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 530pm
- Variable allowance
- Sales commission and Account growth incentive
- Performance bonus
