- Manage full cycle order fulfillment for company's products and shipments
- Process PO escalation to the supply chain team on products with long lead time
- Release PO into SAP, request stock allocations from relevant team and maintain accurate delivery dates
- Be the customer catalyst monitoring to minimize risk of delay deliveries
- Communicate regularly with the customers, Channels Sales and BD team on issues and proactively provide timely updates
- Coordinate transportation bookings with international freight forwarders and closely monitor the deliveries movement
- Optimize import routes/shipping lanes to minimize transportation costs
- Collaborate with agents to facilitate customs clearance process on import shipments or shipments requires CARNET within APAC
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments processing with 4PL/3PL and internal team
- Posting into SAP (e.g. goods receipt, delivery note, stock transfer/adjustment etc.) and release customer’s shipping instruction to 3PL
- Prepare and manage inbound and outbound shipment documents from warehouses (e.g. tax invoices, delivery note, packing lists, etc.)
- Support month end activities, evaluate and identify any shipments that potentially drop out in revenue
- Oversees daily warehouse activities
- Manages inventory accurately and do regular audits/periodic cycle count
- Generates listing of inventory items and ensure physical stock count match system. Reconciles discrepancies if any
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
- Preferably Diploma or above in Business Management or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain functions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Excel skills)
- SAP experience is required. CRM experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge in shipping procedures, air and ocean transportation (key freight terminology, incoterms, multimodal etc.) is a bonus point
- Be result-oriented with great attention to details
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player who enjoys working with diverse cultures
- Ability to handle responsibilities under pressure and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and revenue driven customer service environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willing to work overtime to meet deadlines, especially at month end
- Working location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
