Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description

- A Business Partner role, overseeing both full HR spectrum and facilities management.
- Responsible for HR matters of both domestic and regional branch office.
- Overseas Talent Management and recruitment activities, including salary proposal and onboarding.
- Conduct annual performance evaluation and salary review exercise.
- Review and provide advice on succession planning.
- Plan and organize training and development activities for employees
- Ensure sensitive HR activities timeline are fulfilled in a timely manner, i.e. Contract renewal, confirmations.
- Review of company policies to be in line with MOM employment Act and government requirements.
- Conduct and review on yearly Employees' Opinion Survey (EOS).
- Handle grievances and disciplinary cases when necessary.
- Involve in global initiatives implemented by Headquarter.
- Processing of staff claims in PPSS (HR software).
- Representative of various corporate functions such as ISM, compliances environmental, workplace safety and health matters.
- Ensure that facilities contracts are renewed on a yearly basis and follow up of ad hoc facilities issues.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

- A Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Possess At least 8 years of relevant HR experience and at least 2 - 3 years of managerial experience in a similar capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, performance management, talent management, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/Talent Management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Work location: South East, Singapore
- Within walking distance from MRT Station
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
