Job Description

- To identify and develop new business opportunities in machine vision and automation
- A key person to drive new customer acquisition and market penetration across Asean and the Asian regions
- Independently build and manage the entire sales targets, goals and strategies from prospecting to closing the deal
- Understand and interpret the customer’s requirements, URS, applications and thereafter, translate them into sales plans and appropriate vision solutions
- Follow-up on customer’s enquiries, develop proposals, quotations and conduct sales presentations, visitations and negotiations
- Closely monitor and evaluate market trends and activities and competitive information
- Identify opportunities and potentials that may influence current and future growth in regional sales and profitability
- Achieve and attain the sales targets & profitability goals
- Communicate, update and report sales development, strategies and implementation to the CEO Office and key stakeholders of the Group in Japan
- Extraordinary and special reporting and establish counter plans to the CEO Office during crisis and troubled times
- Team up with cross-disciplinary teams of engineers and specialists to focus and bridge machine vision capabilities and applications with smart factory technologies when required
- Other ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Proven and relevant working experience in B2B (business-to-business) technical sales in machine vision/ automation/ industrial equipment in Asean markets
- Preferably at least 4 years and above of relevant experience in the industry
- Working experience with system integrators or factory automation shall be an added advantage
- Having the hunter mindset with strong ability and drive to develop new accounts
- Good technical and engineering knowledge on machine vision
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented

Compensation

- Working location: South West, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Transport and mobile reimbursable basis / company vehicle is available
