Our client is a subsidiary of a Japan-based MNC, a global electronics manufacturer founded in 1924. With operations in Vietnam, they are supporting regional operations in electronic components, industrial machinery, and equipment services.
Job Description
- Provide sales and technical support to Japanese clients (SMT/EMS/electronic component manufacturers)
- Conduct product introductions and technical explanations for reflow ovens, including N2 reflow systems
- Handle quotations, specification discussions, and installation support
- Provide after-sales service and technical troubleshooting
- Business travel within ASEAN as required (close coordination with the Thailand headquarters team)
- Customer support activities based out of the Hanoi office
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in relevant industry
- Strong knowledge of reflow ovens, PCB assembly processes, and SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
- Possess technical understanding of PCB assembly
- Business-level Japanese is required for communication with Japanese customers
- Sales experience in ASEAN markets is preferred
