Job Description

- Respond to inquiries from customers, group companies, overseas offices, partners, and internal departments
- Coordinate communication among all stakeholders
- Arrange meetings and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations and related documents
- Assist in collecting and organizing customer requirements (e.g., RFQs)
- Update and maintain customer data in internal systems (e.g., AS400)
- Maintain and update customer master data
- Support reporting and tracking of sales activities
- Prepare internal documents such as request forms and reports
- Maintain proper filing and document management
- Prepare and manage contract documentation
- Submit legal review requests and coordinate with legal teams
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, warehouse, finance)
- Support process improvement initiatives, including system enhancement and workflow optimization under guidance
- Assist in reviewing and documenting operational workflows and procedures
- Support invoice-related tasks and data entry
- Support credit management processes
- Monitor accounts receivable and track payment status
- Follow up on outstanding payments

Job Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in administration, sales support, or logistics
- Basic communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar systems is preferred

Compensation

- Working location: Pandan Crescent
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.30pm
