Our client is an Accredited Fund Management Company regulated by MAS, established in 2019. The Group Company was established in 1949 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. They are providing various financial services, including asset management, investment banking, wealth management, etc.

Job Description

- Investor reporting
- Risk and cashflow monitoring of funds
- Support on structuring of funds
- Support on reporting to regulatory authorities
- Support on legal documents of funds
- Financial reporting of funds and companies
- Office operation, including HR and general affairs
- Other miscellaneous tasks

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree holder or above with min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in office admin or accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Business level Japanese language skills is required to communication with Japanese counterpart
- Experience and knowledge in fund operation is added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to refresh and relieve stress

Compensation

- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (one hour lunch break)
- Bonus depends on the achievement and contribution
- Annual leave: 10 days/year with annual increment by 1 day (Max 20 days)
- Other leaves: Marriage and compassionate leave; Statutory leave
