Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company. They have been in Asia's over-the-counter pharmaceutical market since the 1960s and have a strong presence in health food, cosmetics, and other fields.
Job Description
- Drive sales growth for company's product and businesses
- Monitor sales performance and implement necessary improvement measures
- Oversee daily sales operations
- Ensure effective coordination and collaboration among all team members
- Support budgeting, cost control, and initiatives to improve profitability
- Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong background in Ethical sales and business management
- Experience in the generic pharmaceutical business is preferred
- Willingness to work hands-on in a small team environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
- Working location: CBD, walking distance from Bugis MRT
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm
