- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Employment Act requirements specific to the Security and Cleaning Industry
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staff induction processes to attract and onboard qualified security officers and cleaners
- Coordinate and evaluate training sessions to enhance the skills and competencies of security officers and cleaners in alignment with organizational needs
- Prepare and compile detailed HR reports to inform senior management decision-making
- Maintain and update personnel records and staff-related data accurately to support workforce management
- Liaise proactively with the MOM and the Union to address employment-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support the Finance division by processing payroll accurately and timely for all security officers and cleaners
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date manpower database reflecting salary and assignment details for all security officers and cleaners, ensuring data integrity for monthly review by Directors
- Execute additional duties as assigned by senior management to support organizational objectives
- Has a total of 5 - 8 years working experience in the HR related field, with hands-on exposure across core HR functions.
- Minimum qualification in Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or other related background.
- Possesses hands-on experience in HR administration, employee engagement and relations, HR policy implementation, payroll administration, regulatory and statutory compliance, organizational coordination, and training and development.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (2 days WFH a week)
