Our client is one of the leading Japanese real estate agency in Japan providing accommodations, offices and shops to Japanese companies and expats in Singapore. They also service market research and consultancy for Japanese companies who are expanding their business in Singapore.
- Assist Japanese expatriates and their families in searching for residential properties
- Conduct property viewings with clients (transportation provided via company vehicle)
- Handle legal documentation and tenancy preparation
- Prepare and process tenancy agreements, termination notices, and related documentation
- Provide consultative support throughout the leasing and move-out process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, communicating mainly via WhatsApp
- Coordinate with HR representatives of Japanese corporations regarding employee move-in procedures
- Work with the local operations team for internal administrative processes
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
- Possess a valid CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) Salesperson License
- Japanese language proficiency (business level or above) and familiarity with Japanese business culture to liaise with internal stakeholders and commercial customers.
- Experience in real estate or property-related services
- Background in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred
- Experience working with Japanese corporate clients or expatriates is preferred
- Able to work on weekends when needed

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
