Job Description

- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated.
- Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
- Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timesheets in alignment with client governance requirements.
- Support project governance activities such as steering committee meetings, project reviews, and audit readiness.
- Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation templates.
- Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain project documentation repository and ensure proper version control.
- Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.
- Uphold consulting professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and foster strong collaboration with client teams.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Min. 5 years of project management experience within a Bank IT environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Strong Waterfall project management experience.
- Solid stakeholder and team management skills.
- Consulting experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation

- Work location: Central / Changi Business Park
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
