The Group's company is one of in-flight catering provider for Japan domestic flight.

Job Description

- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Uphold the company’s service standards, customer experience, and brand values
- Handle customer inquiries, service recovery, and feedback professionally
- Maintain proper restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Lead, motivate, and supervise service and kitchen teams
- Plan staff roster and deployment according to operational needs
- Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and service-oriented workplace culture
- Manage daily sales performance and meet store targets
- Monitor cost control including labor, food cost, and operating expenses
- Review daily reports, sales trends, and follow up action plans
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations, and banking procedures
- Food Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and workplace safety requirements
- Conduct periodic inspections on hygiene, cleaning, and equipment handling
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational standards
- Oversee stock ordering, receiving, and accurate inventory counts
- Ensure efficient stock rotation to minimize wastage
- Work with suppliers and management to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams for smooth operation
- Support operational planning, promotions, and audits
- Prepare operational reports and communicate store needs to management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B
- Proven experience as a Store/Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in F&B
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of daily restaurant operations and customer service standards
- Familiar with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced environments
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership

Compensation

- Work location: Central
- Working hours: 5 Days/week (depending on shifts)
- Restaurant operating hours: 10am - 10pm
- Off in-lieu if work on Public Holidays
