Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.
- Responsible to warehouse daily operation activities, ensure smooth daily operation process
- Organize stocks, including spare parts and electronic appliances parts
- Support the movement of the parts and products
- Work closely with internal teams on logistics of the spare parts and products
- Respond and resolve stocks queries related to products and spare parts
- Liaise and coordinate with authorized Service Contractors, in house technicians etc. to resolve issues when necessary
- Perform simple troubleshooting to identify the issue when necessary
- To conduct weekly and annual parts stock count
- Retrieve and deliver spare part to Customer Care Counter when needed
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager/company
- At least a O-Level academic qualification
- Experienced in daily warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills
- Good stamina to carry parts (about 5kg to 8kg)
- Punctual, excellent time management skills
- Able to prioritize work and follow instructions
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and fast pace environment
- Work location: Bedok, Singapore
- Within walking distance from Bedok MRT Station
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm), Saturday (9am - 2pm)
- Renewable contract: 1 year
- Transport allowance is provided
