Our client is a global engineering solutions provider serving a diverse range of industries worldwide.
- A strategic leader with the capability and ambition to develop into a future Managing Director (MD) for the operations
- Lead sales, business development, and branch operations to drive sustainable growth
- Develop and implement business strategy and annual budget. Lead from planning to execution
- Conduct market research, sales analysis and build sales strategies, including of target selection, competitor analysis, proposal planning, etc.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, including new business development
- Build networks with industry associations and business partners
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and handle issues/troubleshooting, including internal/external coordination
- Lead, supervise, recruit, evaluate, develop, and manage local branch staff
- Support daily sales activities, for examples, client meetings, sales proposal and negotiations
- Track sales performance, sales pipeline, forecast and budgeting
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the company
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Strong background in Sales and Business Development, preferably within a B2B environment
- Experience in industrial engineering is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to perform PDCA and drive results
- Capability to lead execution and continuous improvement, including strategy planning and implement
- Ability to collaborate with local staff and energize the organization
- Strong awareness of compliance, market trends and risk management
- Proficient at MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ASEAN business and connections with key industry clients is a plus point
- Working Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
