About Company
Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.
Job Description
- Reports to QA Supervisor and Assistant QA Engineer
- Adhere and comply to company and department quality and safety standards and policies
- Carry out all laboratory tests and measurements accurately (related to raw material) in accordance to approved procedure and WIs
- Prepares Certificate of Analysis for outgoing product and involved in related work activities
- Handle incoming/outgoing check and ensure all related records are maintained
- Handle/process ISO Documentation under QA Section responsibility and ensure retrievability at all times
- Process and maintain required test data in accordance to approved procedure and flow
- Housekeeping and maintain 5S
- Participate in external provider management
- Assist in audit preparation
- Update Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and monitor incoming to outgoing processes
- Assist in the practical training of QA related activities when required, generation and maintenance of training records
- Assist to check, receive and retain non-routine samples for analysis, receiving QA related purchases, tally with PO & DO
- Check and report for near-misses. Provide work improvement (QEHS) suggestions
- Support the QC Section in its activities as and when required
- Shall perform any other tasks as assigned by the company
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical discipline preferred
- Those with no experience will be considered
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in ISO system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Willing to perform shift work/alternating working timing/overtime, if necessary
- Required to work in cleanroom environment, if necessary
Compensation
- Work location: Tuas, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
