Job Description

- Assist to manage all stages of sales cycle including: generate quote, liaising with technical staff to answer customer enquiry, follow up opportunity and project implementation
- Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and/or customers to ensure smooth transaction
- Process sales orders and monitor order status
- Follow through with all post-sales processes, including preparing document (DO/agreement) for order, raise billing request and etc to ensure end to end service rendered to customer
- Maintaining client purchased records in system accurately
- Conduct customer visits with sales AM when required
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Assist & pursue sales leads to turn into new sales revenue
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Support other post-sales including billing, collection etc. when necessary
- And other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of sales related experience in System Integration Service Provider
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Being proactive and goal-oriented
- Possesses good attitude towards learning and improving
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision

Compensation

- Work location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
