Job Description

- Develop and maintain EUC tools primarily using Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Develop and maintain other systems using SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, and general database technologies on Windows Server.
- Manage the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a Waterfall environment.
- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 engineers, while also handling individual tasks.
- Serve as the interface with stakeholders, mainly the Bank IT Department.
- Ensure clear communication with end users, translating technical matters into simple explanations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior working experience as a Consultant in an established consulting firm is a must.
- Must have work in a banking IT departments & projects.
- Hands-on development experience with any programming language.
- Strong experience with databases and server-related technologies (SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, SQL Server, Windows Server).
- Ability to think logically and explain complex issues to non-IT users.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to strict banking IT policies and controlled development environments.
- Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients.
- Experience managing end-to-end SDLC in a Waterfall approach.
- Team management experience and proactive communication style.
- Added advantage: Experience with Microsoft Access VBA (forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros) and development experience using .NET or C#

- Work location: Central
- Working hour: 9am - 6pm

- Number of Annual leave for:
- (a) Senior Consultant level – 15 days (increase 1 day for subsequence year of service)
- (b) Assistant Manager level and above – 20 days (increase 1 day for subsequence year of service)
