Our client is an airline of Japan, headquartered in Tokyo. They operate services to both domestic and international destinations and had more than 20,000 employees. In 2013, this company was named a 5-Star Airline.
- Responsible for generating, increasing and achieving passenger sales revenue target in Asia and Oceania (currently 11 markets).
- Focus on increasing passenger sales revenue as primal goals.
- Formulate market communication strategy including owned media website and electronic direct marketing (eDM) strategies in line with company policy and direction.
- Manage website and eDM in line with market communication strategy.
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analyze the performance of those media regularly through various data, reports, market intelligence, to plan and conduct countermeasures.
- Lead the responsible markets based on understanding of market differentials, potentials and trends for further improvements.
- Plan the annual budget to maximize profit.
- Co-ordinate with Branch offices, the region Head Office and external business partners.
- Provide other administrative functions for the related duties.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years’ work experience in marketing, website operation or relevant role.
- Fundamental knowledge of web design and HTML.
- Open to travel in Asia and Oceania region including Japan for business
- Good knowledge and advanced in Microsoft EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word.
- Analytical with problem solving skills.
- Accept responsibility and be able to work under pressure and timeline.
- Have good communication skills to understand supervisors’ instructions.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse groups of people from different cultures in Asia Oceania.
