- Create SOPs as a team and manage daily kitchen operations with precision
- Take charge of food prep, stock levels, and timing
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Maintain food hygiene standards and workplace safety
- Assist the head chef with cost management, quality control, and training new talent
- Minimum require Degree holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Have good knowledge in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to multitask
- Willing to work on weekend
- Working days: 4.5 days
- Working hours: Morning shift 9am - 10pm / Night shift 11am - 12am, 2 hours break between 4-6pm
