Job Description

- Generate qualify leads, source and develop client referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Negotiate with clients
- Develop sales proposals
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Carry out market research and surveys
- Participate in sales events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Meeting assigned sales targets

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably from the office furniture industry)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Result-orientated
- Independent, creative and resourceful
- Team Player
- Able to work under high pressure
- Hardworking, honest and cooperative with positive attitude
- Love to travel and to meet up with people

Compensation

- Working location: Ubi Ave, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm
- AWS
- Variable Bonus
- Monthly sales commission
- Quarterly and half yearly sales incentive
- Transportation claim with receipts for work related trip
- OT pay after 9pm
