Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.
Job Description
- Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.
- Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and business performance reports i.e. sales and inventory status and control.
- Manage dealers’ inventory through sell-out activities.
- Manage promoters’ sales targets, deployment and sell out achievement.
- Assist the promoters’ leave application and update HR Dept
- Work closely with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.
- Understand the marketplace, including competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies
- Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging
- Handle advertising and promotion activities (i.e. product launches, product training and promotions etc.
- Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability
- Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives
- Perform sales and inventory management and purchase management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing in consumer products
- Possess Channel sales experience (Distributors, dealers, resellers)
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel (must know) and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable of Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage
- Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good business acumen and able to conceptualize marketing directions
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
- Able to travel occasionally
Compensation
- Work location: Bedok, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
