Job Description

- New client acquisition / reactivation of dormant clients using channels, including but not limited to referral, newspaper ads, cold-calling, etc.
- Obtain LOI (Letter of Intent)
- Strengthen business relationships with the company's related Relationship Managers
- Collaborate with the Japan team in the Overseas Sales Department
- Introduce properties to clients
- Prepare comparative market analysis, proposals (for both sales & purchases) and training materials
- Arrange visits for clients going to Japan, including select properties for viewing and brief the Japan team on related information
- Overseas business trips (Japan / APAC) when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Possess valid RES license
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English language
- Japanese language is an added advantage, to communicate with Japanese speaking customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proactive and highly motivated for growth
- Preferably someone who is looking for long-term career

Compensation

- Work location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
- Variable bonus at approximately 3 months (twice yearly)
- Annual leaves and sick leaves
- Group insurance coverage, including hospitalization, surgery, accident, and work related injury claims)
- Medical expenses reimbursement
