About Company

Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description

- Manage network of distributors and retailers through precise communication and understanding of their market demand and supply for products
- Understand market trends, demands and competitive insights of the industry
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, launch dates, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customers’ preferences and interests
- Research on USPs to enhance internal planning and forecasting
- Obtain sell through information, gather feedback and analyze sales performances to understand products strengths and weakness and suggest ways for improvements
- Dashboard reporting on sales performance for product line and distributor/region sales through data collection and analysis
- Work closely with team members to ensure sales operations are carried out smoothly
- Work closely with development and marketing teams to generate ideas for sales/marketing campaigns for product launches
- Assist in logistics fulfilment operations and other tasks when assigned
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
- Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a Sales role
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent at data analysis, tasks management, multi-tasking and ideas generation
- Possess positive attitude, with a mindset that strives for constant improvements
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Able to travel overseas for business conventions and events when required
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events

Compensation

- Working location: CBD, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.5 hours/day including 1 hour lunch break
- Flexible reporting time to work between 8.30am to 10am; 1 hour lunch break between 11.30am to 2pm
