Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations
- Lead and coordinate a team of 22 cleaners
- Create and maintain deployment schedules
- Ensure daily attendance and arrange replacements when necessary
- Transport cleaners to job sites
- Handle attendance tracking and timesheets
- Manage feedback and complaints from customers professionally
- Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Provide training, support, and discipline to cleaners
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a cleaning operations supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies or schedule changes
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin preferred for communication with team and clients
Compensation
- Working location: Jurong East, Singapore
- Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm
- Annual leave: 14 days in first year; +1 day/year up to max 28 days
- Performance bonus & Summer Bonus in August (average 1-month salary)
