Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the company's presence and market share.
- Manage and build relationships with retail partners, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular visits to gather market intelligence and maintain partnerships.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of product delivery and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide reports with actionable insights to regional leadership.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Act as the key contact point for all matters related to the Philippines market.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Candidates who are less experienced may be considered for a junior role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive results across borders are welcomed.
- Knowledge of consumer goods relating to confectionary, cacao, chocolate and / or nutrition will be considered favorably.
- Strong command of the English language is required to liaise with the reporting manager and other team members based in Singapore and other countries.
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus to liaise with Japanese team members based in Japan.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
- Having a valid driving license and own a vehicle is a plus point, but not essential.
Compensation
- Work location: National Capital Region / Greater Manila area, Philippines
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.40pm
