- Supports the supply chain and sales operations for ASEAN markets
- Provide daily support and communication with sales staff in the Philippines and Vietnam
- Act as a bridge between the sales teams, factories, and local markets
- Create, manage, and coordinate shipping schedules
- Coordinate delivery schedules and inventory levels with manufacturing plants and local markets
- Compile and analyze sales performance and market data using Excel
- Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and product supply tracking
- Prepare internal documents and assist with system data input and maintenance
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support or supply chain operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and accurate in handling tasks
- Flexible and able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the food industry or manufacturing sector is an added advantage
- Experience in shipment and delivery schedule management is an added advantage
- Strong skills in data analysis and report preparation is an added advantage
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:40 PM
