- Responding to technical inquiries and issues related to marine steering systems and control equipment (via phone and email).
- Reviewing and managing service reports.
- Providing technical support through coordination with manufacturers and local engineers.
- Assisting in parts selection and quotation preparation.
- Assisting in the creation of documents and manuals when needed.
- Coordinating schedules for both engineers and vessels.
- Understanding and acquiring product knowledge.
- Basic knowledge in the electrical field (through work or academic background)
- Ability to handle technical inquiries
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Ability to read technical/electrical drawings (required)
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Educational Background: Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in electrical engineering)
- Detail-oriented and careful with confirmations
- Willing to learn and build a long-term career
- Capable of reading electrical schematics and proactively identifying technical issues
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
