Our client is a global provider of mechanical seals, sealing systems, and industrial components. Their core product lines include mechanical seals, bellows, cartridge seals, pump parts, industrial lubricants, and seismic isolation devices. They serve a wide range of industries.

Job Description

- Promote and expand sales of construction-related products (e.g., lubricants, seismic isolation devices)
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research and business development for new products
- Coordinate closely with the Taiwan-based manufacturers
- Report sales activities, contribute to planning and strategy development
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales support, admin, etc.)
- Make client visits; direct travel from home to site is allowed

Job Requirements

- B2B sales experience in the construction industry
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (daily communication with Taiwan vendors)
- Strong adaptability and curiosity, with the ability to conduct research and explore new markets independently
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Willing to do overseas Business Travel once a month

Compensation

- Work Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Bonuses: AWS (13th month) + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Annual Salary Review: December, based on performance
- Allowance: SGD 100/month for transport
