Our client is an international meat supplier, who breeds and supplies their own brand cattle. They specialize in the wholesale distribution of premium-quality meats sourced from around the globe, with a primary focus on North America and Japan. Their commitment to excellence extends beyond their own restaurants, as they also serve as the trusted meat wholesaler for numerous F&B partners across the industry.
- Attend to phone calls, messages, and emails enquiries.
- Order processing, issuing of Delivery Order, and invoicing.
- Data entry and filing.
- Provide administration support to operation departments.
- Clerical duties and general administrative support.
- Update daily sales records and customers’ sales records.
- Liaise with warehouse, production to monitor the stock level.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in administration/ data entry.
- No experience is welcomed to apply.
- Japanese language is preferred to communicate with Japanese Director.
- Good team player, and willing to learn.
- Detailed oriented and responsible.
- Working location: 1 min walking distance from MRT Tanjong Pagar
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
