Job Description

- Provide on-site support to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
- Stay updated with the latest technical trends.
- Work with clients and Japan HQ to deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop long-lasting, positive client relationships for high satisfaction.
- Support timely and quality execution of service projects.
- Work closely with Japan’s technical teams for top-tier service delivery.

Job Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of experience of working experience as electrical engineer, mechanical engineer
- Experience in Semi-conductor Industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage
- Japanese language skills are a bonus for communication with Japan HQ.
- Ability to work independently and seek support when needed.
- Patient, adaptable, and service-oriented.
- Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
- Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines
- Able to attend approximately 2 months of training in Japan

Compensation

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
