Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.
- Lead the Maintenance Section of the Technical Department
- Lead the companies Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) activities
- Plan & manage maintenance activities within the designated company’s facility
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all technical drawings within the department.
- Responsible for the electrical works for the company
- Confirm the quality and safety aspect of the facility related maintenance work.
- Review Risk Assessments and FMEA (where applicable) for maintenance activities
- Manage the budget for the Maintenance Section
- Participate in audits held internally and by 3rd Party
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
- A Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in related field; or
- A Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
- Experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management
- Having managerial role experience is an added advantage
- Experience in people management
- Having a LEW license is an added advantage.
- Minimally must have basic understanding of electrical systems
- Knowledge of ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 140001, 45001) and auditing the systems
- Experience in Risk Assessment and FMEA
- Able to use auto-CAD for updating of drawings
- Good spoken and written skills in English
- Minimally able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Work location: Tuas, Singapore
- Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Uniform provided.
