Our client is a Japanese property agency which has been established for 35 years in Singapore. They are No.1 in trading properties among Japanese market in Singapore.
- Representing clients: Acting as an intermediary between tenants and landlord, ensuring their interests are protected.
- Providing guidance: Advising tenants on market trends, pricing, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Conducting property viewings: Arranging and accompanying tenants to view properties they are interested in.
- Facilitating negotiations: Helping tenants negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms.
- Handling paperwork: Preparing and submitting necessary documents for the transaction.
- Networking and building relationships: Developing a network of tenants and referral partners.
- After Service: Assist in arranging for repair works, etc during the tenancy period.
- Having a valid real estate license (CEA)
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license. Having own vehicle is a plus point.
- Similar experience in real estate management is preferred
- Flexible, good communicator and customer oriented.

- Commission based
- Work location: CBD
- Office operation hours: Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm
- Company vehicle will be provided
- Annual leave: 14 days
