Our client was started in 1965 as a medical hall and became a wholesaler and distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1980. The company owned a manufacturing facility to manufacture its medical products. Our client is GMP certified. The company owns a total of 6 retail outlets and is located across different regions in Singapore.
- Responsible to manage existing customers accounts and developing new business from leads provided by the company
- Source for new customers for company's products
- Regular visits existing customers retail shops and generate new sales. Follow up new sales orders.
- Promote new or relevant products to existing and potential customers.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of promotional activities
- Address and resolve issues arise that related to company policies, products, service and delivery time
- Ensure customers' payment are settled in a timely manner
- Expedite urgent orders by self-delivery when required.
- Keeping company informed of market developments, including but not limited to new and trending TCM products, market strategies and products of competitors, feedback from end users or trade customers, market news and so on.
- Participate in sales related activities, e.g. exhibitions, road shows, investigation if complains happen, product recalls, etc.
- Other ad hoc assigned by the company
- Having relevant certificate in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), such as a Diploma/Degree in a TCM-related field is preferred or two years of working experience in TCM industry
- Preferably having sales or account management experience
- Those with no sales experience but knowledgeable in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and supplements will be considered
- Have an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and supplements.
- Understand English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese customers
- Have a valid class 3 driving license. Own a vehicle will be a plus point.
- Willing to work on Saturday (half day) to serve retail customers account.
- Work location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
- Sales commission (guaranteed baseline of $1000/month)
