Our client was started in 1965 as a medical hall and became a wholesaler and distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1980. The company owned a manufacturing facility to manufacture its medical products. Our client is GMP certified. The company owns a total of 6 retail outlets and is located across different regions in Singapore.
- To support the operations of the retail store
- Provide good customer service by assisting walk-in patients and customers with professionalism and respect.
- Promote and sell the company’s TCM products and health supplements to customers.
- Assist in managing stock levels and store cleanliness
- Perform daily retail duties, including operating POS system and handle transactions efficiently.
- Assist and coordinate with store supervisor/retail manager on work roster, daily retail duties, etc. when colleague absent.
- Assist the Chinese Physician when required.
- Participate in company events (e.g. exhibitions and promotional activities)
- Other ad hoc job responsibilities assigned by the store supervisor/retail manager
- Preferably having retail sales experience
- Preferably having knowledge about Chinese medicine (training will be provided)
- Able to work overtime and Public Holidays when required
- Training on using POS system will be provided
- Understand basic English and able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers.

- Working location: Tampines Street
- Working hours: 9:30am - 9:00pm (depends to shift roster)
- Annual leave 14 days
- Fixed allowance $300/month
