Our client is a pioneer of engineering plastics and global company that has continued to support manufacturing around the world
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties
- Support staff recruitment. Engage with recruitment agencies to meet staffing needs
- Involve in the hiring process from shortlisting to conducting interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires and resignation process when staff resigns
- Assist in the IT and facilities setup (computers, emails)
- Handle Employment Pass (EP) and Dependent Pass (DP) applications, renewal, and other related matters
- Assist foreign staff with accommodation and banking matters
- Prepare IR8A and ensure timely submission of tax forms
- Coordinate with tax authorities for tax fillings and Tax Data submission for Japanese staff
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Manage the childcare and maternity leave claims, liaise with relevant government bodies
- Support the annual staff evaluation and review process
- Review and improve personnel systems
- Manage the staff insurance and benefits
- Handle the payroll processing, ensure accurate payroll & benefits processing
- CPF submission
- Manage the attendance and leave management
- Assist and support in employee engagement and relations
- Other administrative duties, including but not limited to managing of office equipment and assets, coordinate travel arrangements and travel booking, workplace safety and environment, event coordination and team bonding
- Diploma/Degree in human resource or related discipline
- At least 4 - 6 years of HR working experience
- Hand-on experience in Payroll (full spectrum of payroll experience is preferred)
- Good knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
- Experience in handling EP and DP applications and renewals
- Experience in expatriates administration (e.g. arrange of accommodation, flight tickets, etc.)
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking vendors and staffs
- Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have a good disposition and professionalism

- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm
