ClosedOur client was established in the year 1995 and they are specialized in automation systems and equipment. The company line of business includes manufacturing metal cutting machine tools.
- Provide general admin support to the Sales & Admin team
- Assist with data entry duties
- Arrangement with third party logistics for deliveries
- Assist in warehouse receiving duties
- Receiving of all incoming parts (includes all mechanical, electrical, fabrication, finished product and expendables) and match with DO
- Verify and ensure accuracy against open PO with received DO
- Prepare and packing of materials or parts according to customer’s PO and arrange courier service’s pick up or own delivery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
- Min NITEC Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Have initiative and able to multi-task.
- Possess a team player who is able to work independently.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- Possess a valid Class 2/3 driving license, but not a must
- Working location: Eunos, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- Annual leaves and Medical leaves
