- Attend onboard for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification. 
- Manage field activities and schedule. 
- Resolve malfunctions. 
- Oversee repairs and technical improvements. 
- Install new systems and technology. 
- Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment. 
- Supervise and direct technicians/engineers onsite. 
- Make service reports with details of job progress, working/traveling time, technical advice, and recommendations if any. 
- Report and share job progress with the superior. 
- Provide technical support and training for customers, service agents, and internal teams. 
- Arrange necessary parts and drawings and send them to agents. 
- Maintain tools in good condition for safety and high-quality service. 
- Create manuals/support documents to share experiences with other engineers. 
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. 
- Review maintenance lists and service reports for sales support. 
- Cover all Technician responsibilities.
- Minimum diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant. 
- Minimum 4 years of experience in vessel main engine automation systems or related field. 
- Proficiency in relevant engineering principles, hands-on experience with equipment or systems, and good knowledge of electrical systems. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Ability to stay updated with the latest industry advancements and technology.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
