Our client is a leading fire safety provider, established in 1971. The company specializes in supplying, manufacturing and contractor of Fire Protection Systems, Access Flooring Systems, Industrial Fire and Safety and Rescue Products, Building Safety Products, etc., and is ISO 9002 certified.
- Provide excellent support to customers via all relevant communication channels
- Ensure effective follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoicing closure in accordance to company service standards.
- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience.
- Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations and delivery orders .
- Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payments.
- Liaise with warehouse for order picking and readiness.
- Assist and liaise with customers on their ad hoc requirements.
- Other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by superior.
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or customer service
- Those with no experience are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel is preferred.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Working location: South West
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
